Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class designed for kids and parents to cook side by side. This interactive experience is all about learning, connecting, and creating a delicious meal together from scratch.
We’ll start at the beginning, mixing and kneading our own fresh pasta dough, then rolling it out into thin sheets, cutting into "rags" and transforming it into beautiful One-Pot Lasagna Soup with turkey, veggies, herbs, rich tomato broth, mozzarella and fresh ricotta.
We will also create a simple Vegetable Zoodle Salad tossed with lemon, olive oil, and parmesan, crisp, clean, and the perfect balance to the rich pasta.
To finish, we’ll head into dessert mode with Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches, a fun, hands-on treat where kids can build and decorate their own.
This class is all about learning real techniques in a way that feels approachable, engaging, and fun—while spending meaningful time together in the kitchen.
