Cooking Class; French Coastal Supper, April 15th
🇫🇷 French Coastal Supper
Wednesday, April 15th | 5:30–7:30 PM
Flavor Fork; 402 First Street, Greenport, NY
Join me for an evening inspired by the rustic elegance of the South of France. This hands-on class is layered with flavor, simple technique, and just enough drama to make it feel special — but completely doable at home.
We’ll build a fragrant saffron broth, cook seafood so it stays tender and delicate, shave fennel paper-thin, and finish with a warm chocolate dessert that comes together in minutes.
Relaxed, interactive, and perfect for anyone who loves bold coastal flavors.
The Menu
Bouillabaisse
Provençal seafood stew with saffron, fennel, tomatoes, and citrus
Made with white fish, shrimp, and mussels in a fragrant golden broth

The essential finishing touch to the stew
Shaved Seasonal Salad
Thinly sliced vegetables with peppery greens
Finished with lemon vinaigrette, flaky salt, and olive oil
5-Minute Molten Chocolate Mug Cake
