This hands-on class is all about making Indian-inspired cooking feel easy, approachable, and fun. We’ll use familiar ingredients and simple techniques to create bold, comforting dishes that come together without a lot of fuss, and taste incredible.
We’ll make Aloo Samosas (Potato and Pea- Stuffed Samosas) with Cilantro & Mint Chutney, Chicken Tikka Masala, Cumin-scented Basmati Rice, Kachumber Salad (Indian-Spiced cucumber and vegetable salad), and for dessert, Chocolate-Coated Dates. All will be served with warm naan on the side for scooping everything up. Along the way, we’ll talk spices (what they do, how to use them, and how to make them work for you), taste as we go, and build big flavor step by step.
The vibe is relaxed, interactive, and very hands-on with lots of chopping, stirring, seasoning and learning as we go. We’ll wrap things up by sitting down together to enjoy everything family-style with some sips. Come hungry, curious, and ready to have some fun in the kitchen.
