Pea, Lemon & Mint Risotto
Creamy arborio rice slowly stirred with sweet spring peas, fresh mint, lemon zest and parmesan.
Grilled Striped Bass with Tender Herb Sauce
Fresh striped bass grilled until tender and flaky, finished with a vibrant herb sauce of parsley, cilantro, garlic, lemon, and warm spices.
Parmesan Panko Asparagus “Fries” with Green Goddess Dip
Tender asparagus spears coated in parmesan and crunchy panko, baked until golden and crisp, served with a bright herb-packed green goddess dipping sauce.
Strawberry Shortcakes with Mascarpone Cream & Honey
Flaky shortcakes layered with fresh strawberries and lightly sweetened mascarpone cream, finished with a drizzle of honey.
