Cooking Class; A Mexican Feast

A bright, bold, and flavor-packed class centered around fresh ingredients, vibrant sauces, and interactive cooking.

This hands-on class is designed to feel fun, relaxed, and celebratory! We’ll focus on layering flavor, balancing acidity and heat, and building dishes that feel impressive but very doable at home.

On the Menu:

Crispy Chicken Tinga Taquitos with Lime Crema
Slow-simmered shredded chicken in a smoky tomato-chipotle sauce
Rolled and pan-crisped until golden, finished with a bright, tangy lime crema

Grilled Elotes Salad (Mexican Street Corn)

Grilled Skirt Steak Tacos
Marinated and grilled skirt steak, sliced and served with:
Chimichurri Verde

Warm tortillas for building your own tacos

At the end of the night, we’ll gather around the table and enjoy everything family-style with some sips.
