Sarah Mastracco
Chef and Owner, Flavor Fork
Sarah honed her cooking and hospitality skills in some of the best restaurants in the world, including La Collegiata in Tuscany, Union Square Hospitality Group’s Eleven Madison Park and the three Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York City. Beyond the restaurant scene, she built a shining reputation as culinary producer, developing and producing award-winning food shows with talents such as Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, Pati Jinich, and Trisha Yearwood.
Sarah thrives on building systems that make cooking easier and more joyful, whether it’s creating a seamless kitchen workflow or developing sauces and spice blends that instantly elevate home-cooked meals. She’s detail-oriented and holds high standards, but at the heart of it all, she simply loves food—the flavors, the community of the kitchen, the joy of gathering and entertaining.
Her travels to Bali, Thailand, Morocco, and Europe have shaped her approach, reinforcing her belief that food should be flavorful, fresh and accessible. But Sarah’s creativity extends beyond the kitchen—she has a unique style and brings her passion for bright, clean and chic spaces into everything she creates. From crafting fresh table scapes to curating inviting environments, she believes that a thoughtfully designed space enhances every dining experience.
With Flavor Fork, she’s sharing her passion for simple, vibrant and delicious flavors, helping home cooks bring restaurant-quality meals to life—effortlessly and beautifully.
