Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley, stems trimmed and leaves roughly chopped
1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
2 small garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean seasoning salt, plus more to taste
Zest and juice of of 1 lemon
⅓-½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Combine parsley, mint, garlic, Mediterranean seasoning salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse to chop fine.
With the machine running, drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce is loose and spoonable. Season with seasoning salt to taste. Let sit for 10 minutes so the flavors settle and bloom.
